Who can use yor services? 

 We are an alternative for patients who do not have the time to go to the lab, have health conditions and may not be ambulatory or simply prefer the convenience, comfort, and privacy of having blood drawn in their home or office. Any patient under the care of a physician with orders, including patients living in facilities.

Can I have a Same day Appointment?

Yes, though we strongly suggest scheduling as far in advance as possible if your schedule is busy and you have a specific date and time you would like. How can I recieve my results? 

We have No access to patient results. 

*The turn around  time for most routine tests 7-12 hours. However some specialty tests can take up to 7 business days. Please consult with your physician  directly regarding your results.  *

How much are services?

Pricing range form $45-$120 depending on the service and service area,  which includes  extensive process and handling of your specimen and delivery to the resulting laboratory. The rate can also vary based on the number of orders you are having filled at one time, also the shipping and delivery required is taken into consideration as well. Prices are subject to change for stats, timed sensitive test, and drive time due to milage outside of radius areas(15.mi). Cash(card required), Debit,Credit,Zelle. Due before service is rendered.Discounted rates based on frequent utilization of  services.

What do I need to book?

Lab order must be faxed or emailed at time of booking, All forwarded forms and policies must be read and or/filled out before services will be rendered.

When will I be charged?

Your cash, debit or credit card will be charged a deposit which is half of service price in order to hold appointment slot, on the day of appointment the remainder will be charged once services are rendered. A debit or credit card is needed to schedule appointment even if paying cash, but will not be charged outside of the deposit amount unless appointment is cancelled after cut off time. 

Refund Policy

In the event that the collection is unsuccessful due to the phlebotomist being unable to collect from the patient, VVML reserves the right to attempt to recollect another day unless otherwise available free of charge, if for whatever reason patient refuses after service has begun patient is subject to the full payment amount of the collection

Vein Vision Mobile Lab (VVML) provides independent limited laboratory services. Specializing in routine and certain speciality specimen collections, processing, and delivery service. VVML does not conduct laboratory testing.  We are not a  hospital, clinical lab or research lab.

VVML cannot change or in any way alter the laboratory order provided by the prescribed physician. It is against the law for medical care providers to change a physician's order without express consent from the prescribed physician or practitioner. We do not diagnose, treat or suggest any treatments to any clients under the care of Vein Vision Mobile Lab LLC

Please do not contact Vein Vision about your test results. VVML has no access to your test results. Your should contact the physician who ordered the test or the laboratory who is conducting the testing to provide feedback on results.VVML is not responsible if the laboratory fails to perform any additional pre-analytical sample processing required after VVML collects and delivers the samples to the lab for testing.

VVML does not provide services inside a vehicle and will not provide services in any public locations.VVML is not a personal courier service. We cannot transport you to and from your doctor's office, hospital, or any personal places. We cannot deliver any personal items anywhere on your behalf.(other than collected specimens delivered to lab)

VVML is a non-emergency service. Performing services during posted business hours.

There is a 48hr Rescheduling policy. Please call (203)583-5096 no less than 48hrs after booking. Rescheduling is free. Cancellation fee of $25 applies if customer cancels appointment less than 24hrs after booking. 

No-Show Policy

We provide a 10-minute grace period for all appointments. However, if the customer/patient is not at the scheduled location or the appointment is cancelled within 1 hour or less of the appointment time, the customer/patient will be subject to full cost of the service plus cancellation fee as stated by Vein Vision Mobile Lab LLC.
